Mr Sweet are a London-based yacht rock band blending smooth grooves with sophisticated songwriting and tight production. The journey began at music college, where three members bonded over their love of 1970s smooth rock, jazz and classic pop. Their shared musical foundation laid the groundwork for a sound that’s as thoughtful as it is infectious.

With the release of their second album, Parallelogram, the band welcomed their fourth and final member - completing a lineup that feels cosmically right. The band plays regular gigs across the London rock scene and, with a third album in the works, the tunes just keep coming...

Mr Sweet lives at the crossroads between The Doobie Brothers' sophisti-pop charm and Steely Dan's studio wizardry. Their music proves that catchy hooks and clever arrangements don’t have to be mutually exclusive.
